Welcome to Bota Wallet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bota Wallet application, website, software, and associated services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Bota Wallet ("we," "us," or "our"). By clicking "I agree," downloading, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

Bota Wallet provides a decentralized, non-custodial digital asset management software that allows users to independently manage, view, and interact with supported cryptographic tokens, digital assets, and blockchain networks. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. You remain fully and solely responsible for the security and management of your digital assets.

2. User Responsibilities and Security

Self-Custody: You acknowledge that Bota Wallet is a non-custodial software. You are solely responsible for securely storing your private keys, recovery phrases (seed phrases), and passwords.

Loss of Access: If you lose your recovery phrase, you will permanently lose access to your digital assets. Bota Wallet cannot and will not recover your keys, passwords, or digital assets under any circumstances.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet address. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

3. Assumption of Risk

By utilizing Bota Wallet, you expressly acknowledge and assume the following risks:

Market Volatility: The value of digital assets is highly volatile and subject to significant price fluctuations.

Blockchain Technology Risks: Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible. We are not responsible for any losses arising from user error (e.g., sending funds to an incorrect address), network congestion, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory framework governing digital assets is rapidly evolving. We may be required to adapt our Services to comply with future legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, graphics, and intellectual property associated with Bota Wallet are the exclusive property of our company or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTA WALLET, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
